Jim Wetekamp is Chief Executive Officer of Riskonnect, Inc. Jim assumed the role of CEO in April of 2018, with a focus on accelerating growth by delivering superior client value through integrated risk management. Jim previously served as CEO of BravoSolution, a cloud procurement solutions company. Jim has more than 20 years of experience in software product leadership, supply chain, and risk.
Peter joined the Riskonnect team as chief financial officer in May 2024. Prior to joining Riskonnect, Peter held several CFO roles, for both public and private equity-backed software and technology-enabled service businesses. Most recently, he was CFO of Keypath Education, a $140 million publicly traded, global company in the online education space.
Peter attended Boston College where he graduated magna cum laude with a BS in accounting. He received an MBA from the University of Chicago and is a certified public accountant. Peter is married with three children and lives in the Chicagoland area.
Andrea Brody joined Riskonnect in 2018 as chief marketing officer. She has more than 25 years of product and marketing leadership experience for both large and small global software and SaaS companies. Prior to joining Riskonnect, Andrea was CMO at BravoSolution, a strategic procurement solution provider. She has held various marketing, product management and strategic sales leadership positions for companies such as OpenText, MERANT, and GE Information Services. Andrea has a B.S. in marketing from Smith School of Business, University of Maryland and a M.S. in information systems from American University.
Kathryn Carlson joined Riskonnect as chief product officer. She has more than 20 years of product management and product development leadership experience. Before joining Riskonnect, Kathryn was vice president of product management at KPA, an EHS software, online training, and consulting company. Prior to KPA, she has held positions in product management, product marketing and product development including leading the team at ADP that developed the patented Decision Matrix applicant selection software. Kathryn’s approach to product management blends pragmatism and innovation, leading to solutions that solve clients most pressing problems, decrease time to market and deliver true value.
John joined Riskonnect in 2009, bringing over 19 years experience in advanced application and client server database support, specifically in the risk management industry. John is responsible for the technical and security infrastructure of the organization, specifically server specification, configuration, deployment and monitoring. John previously worked as the client technical services manager at CS Stars, managing its worldwide client technical support team. John earned his bachelor of science in management information systems with a concentration in finance from Le Moyne College in Syracuse, New York.
Adam oversees the Sales, Professional Services and Customer Success teams for the Riskonnect Asia Pacific region. Adam was formerly CEO of Camms, acquired by Riskonnect in 2024. During his 19-year career at Camms, Adam has amassed a wealth of experience in the GRC space. Before becoming CEO, Adam was Chief Product Officer responsible for driving the product roadmap for the Camms platform. In this position, he was responsible for ensuring the Camms platform created value for customers and met the evolving needs of the market.
Kevin Crow brings more than 20 years of human resources leadership experience, most recently serving as senior vice president of global human resources at BravoSolution, a Chicago-based cloud procurement solutions company. Kevin has held multiple senior-level human resources roles within the technology and media industries and has an extensive background in talent management, employee engagement, coaching, recruitment and retention, compensation and benefits, leadership development and organizational development. Kevin holds a B.S. in human resources/business management from Northern Illinois University.
Roger Dunkin is a worldwide leader in risk management technology solutions, with more than 20 years of experience serving global organizations and providing solutions that directly and positively affect the bottom line. In his role, Dunkin is responsible for creating and launching innovative, scalable solutions to address challenges in the management of risk facing key global industries. Prior to joining Riskonnect in January 2010, Dunkin served as chief operating officer of Shelter Island Risk Services, a risk technology consultant firm, previously a division of Arthur J. Gallagher and Co. He is the author of Risk Management Reporting Best Practices Guide and Risk Management Data Quality Strategies. He earned his undergraduate degree in computer sciences from Berry College.
Alan joins the Riskonnect team as chief professional services officer, global professional services with over 25 years of technology, consulting, and professional services experience. Most recently, Alan held multiple roles in the professional services organization at Aptos, Inc., delivering enterprise retail software. Prior to that, Alan held executive positions and led delivery teams at QuantiSense, Inc., ChoicePoint, Inc., and EzGov, Inc. Throughout his career, Alan has maintained a focus and emphasis on delivering customer success and speed to value implementations, leveraging data to support decisions, and building repeatable methodologies. Alan earned a B.S. in electrical engineering from Duke University.
Fritz joins the Riskonnect team as Chief Technology Officer (CTO) with more than 25 years scaling and building world-class global software engineering organizations. Prior to Riskonnect, Fritz was CTO at Bazaarvoice and held executive positions at Mitek Systems, Intuit, and MaintenanceNet (acquired by Cisco). He also spent a large portion of his early career overseeing software engineering teams at JD Edwards, now owned by Oracle.
Mark Holt oversees Riskonnect’s International Sales teams in EMEA, and also leads our Global Partners and Alliances team. Mark has over 17 years of enterprise software sales experience. Prior to joining Riskonnect, Mark was the EMEA Sales & Marketing Director at Ventiv Technology (formerly Aon eSolutions). Before Ventiv, Mark was the Vice President of Sales at Marsh ClearSight. Mark holds a BA Hons Degree in Business Information Systems from the University of the West of England.
John Ryan Shaw brings more than 20 years of experience helping customers to maximize the value they achieve from their business applications. John has most recently served as the vice president of customer Success for JAGGAER, a cloud-based procurement solutions company. Prior to his role at JAGGAER, John has held multiple senior level positions leading the development of teams in areas such as customer support, change management, customer data analytics, and educational services. John’s focus at Riskonnect is on engineering a customer experience that drives ROI at every stage of a customer’s journey towards Integrated Risk Management. John’s undergraduate degree is in marketing and management information systems from Indiana University of Pennsylvania.
Eric Zoref oversees Riskonnect’s Sales team for the Americas. Eric brings over 10 years of go to market experience to Riskonnect from his prior roles at Bloomberg and Nasdaq, with the majority of his career being in the Integrated Risk Management software space. Eric earned his Bachelor of Science in Management from Binghamton University and his MBA from NYU Stern School of Business.
